Took Rick fishing when he was here up at Lake Arrowhead. HE got his line snagged so he had to mount the lake bike and try to get his lure back. He was having a dickens of a time getting on the thing and I have to admit I was rooting for the bike to win and entering Rick into a wet t-shirt contest but alas, he managed getting onboard even though he had a time trying to steer the thing. Managed to get his lure unstuck though and the whole thing was funny even though he didn't get wet.
a hem! The only fish caught in two days of trying. This is how it's done Mike. You are just not distracting Rick enough. I am the master! I have to admit though that I think this fish was just caught in the middle of a yawn and closed his mouth at the wrong time. We had a blast though and it was so fun to have time together.

I too am surprised Rick didn't hit the water. He sure didn't look very confident in staying up on that contraption. Glad you are such a good fisherman Mary Ellen. We need at least one in this family. Lots of love, Gram

ReplyDeleteYes, she did win but the boys keep changing the rules to their benefit. I too would have loved to see the wet T-shirt. Kind of hard to recognize that chubby bald guy in the pictures. Love always.
